02 Design
Purist systems over brochure chrome. Hierarchy through weight, shape, and labels. One accent for action. Content stays Markdown so humans and agents can edit without drowning in component soup.
03 Realisation
Ship in small contracts: issues → PRs → review → demo. Bots multiply throughput; humans keep ownership. Enablement when the loop is brittle; build when the loop is ready.
